We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by updating the page, so please review it frequently.

Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.


This website is owned and operated by These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors the opportunity to buy goods from Meraki London. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

All products are handmade and made from Sterling, Fine and Recycled Silver to ensure the highest quality.

Delivery Policy

Due to the special and delicate nature of our products, all UK orders are sent Royal Mail tracked post. International deliveries will vary, however all deliveries will need to be signed for.

Delivery charges vary upon order size and weight.

We aim to dispatch within 10 working days from your order being placed. 

Please let us know if you require your Meraki order earlier and we will explore other options. Equally, if you are ordering a gift, we can send your order directly to the recipient. Simply enter the relevant details at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit or any delays outside of our control. 


Returns & Exchange

For any undamaged, unused product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging.

In addition, please note that all customised products are not eligible for return.  

Please notify us immediately if you wish to make a return or an exchange by emailing and we will confirm the address to send the item back to.

Refunds will be made excluding the original cost of shipping, unless faulty or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over £15, you should consider using a trackable shipping service.

We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted including 

any item not in its original condition, or if damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to error.

It will take up to 10 working days for the refund to be processed.
