Q: How long will my order take?
A: Orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Delivery will be dependent on Royal Mail delivery times.
Q: What if i need my order faster?
A: If you need an order more quickly, please do get in touch and we'll do our best to help.
Q: How much is Postage & Packaging?
A: Standard orders are £4.80 for jewellery however charges will vary depending on size and weight of the parcel.
Q: Cancel or change my order, how can I do this?
A: If you would like to cancel or amend you order, you can do so within 12 hours of ordering. Send us an email at and we'll do our best to action this as soon as possible.
Q: My order is damaged, incomplete or is not what I ordered. What should I do?
A: We're so sorry that your order has not arrived as it should have done. Please send us an email at with details of your order number and the issue, along with any images and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Where is my delivery?
A: All our orders are sent Royal Mail tracked post. When the order is dispatched we send the tracking number which can be tracked using Royal Mail's website.
Q: I don't like my order. Can I get a refund?
A: We really hope you love your order, however if that's not the case, we can issue refunds or exchanges for any undamaged, unused products within 14 days of the date you received the item. The product must be returned in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Sadly, all customised products are not eligible for return.
